I started my career as a military jet pilot. That background shaped how I think about performance — checklists, precision, systems, no room for ambiguity. Every decision has a rationale. Every action has a consequence you can trace back to a cause.
When I transitioned into performance marketing, I noticed something frustrating: the tools and agencies operating in this space didn't think that way. Reports came once a week. Recommendations were vague. Account decisions happened in a black box. Clients had no real visibility into what was being done with their budget.
